As you may have seen, Punxsutawney Phil predicted that we will have 6 more weeks of winter. But, sometimes he lies. Check out what other groundhogs said and how often they’ve been right over the years:

A couple corn dogs, a side of fries, and a marshmallow coke sound great right about now. Food aside, do yourself a favor this week and stop by and get either a marshmallow coke or marshmallow coke zero (report back your findings!).

This place has been a Lafayette go-to since 1932 (first location at Main and Wallace Ave). So if you’re new around here, or have never stopped by, make this week the one you do. You can thank me later.

Yes, you will only sort of have two bedrooms and just over 800 square feet. But you have to see the bigger picture. With 40 acres, you could let your family or friends build homes on your land. Or an animal sanctuary. Think of all of the hammocks you could have set up. The possibilities are really endless here.
